My Journey

I started my own clothing label as soon as I graduated from my high school. My first collection was all about hand tie-dyes and shiboris based on Japanese practices of dying. I launched it in an exhibition in my city and we were all sold out!

In 2016, I joined IFA Paris and started assisting designers while I perused my Advanced Diploma. Paris Fashion Week '16 still remains one of the key memorable events of my life.

I came back to India and started where I left off. On 15th October, 2017, I launched my store where my father had Chhattisgarh's pioneer clothing store.

My vision was to promote sustainable and customisable clothing. Everyone is different and I want to promote the idea of my customers choosing what they wear and not the other way around. Sustainability is a key part of brand as well - we take all the precautions to make sure we don't misuse the resources provided to us.

We started with doing Pret collections and expanded into western wear and bridal. By the end of 2018, we reached 200+ loyal customers.

2020 was a difficult time for every business and we were not an exception. We closed our doors and made sure our employees remain safe and sound.

Ever since the lockdowns stopped, we are up and running and expanding rigourously. Initially, in 2017, we started with a team of nine people. As of October, 2021 - we are a proud family of 25 members and are still expanding!

While I sit in my chair writing this, I feel this adrenaline rush giving me the same chills while I was starting out. Feels like I'm 10 and it was yesterday that I learnt stitching and embroidery.

Signing off, we promise to come up with heavier and more personalised ethnic & wedding wear along with our statement prints and tie-dyes.
